Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales plans for profitable growth
- Negotiate and close deals with key clients
- Manage and develop the sales team
- Develop and implement business plans
- Manage expenses and prepare tender documents
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Extensive industry knowledge and market expertise
- Ability to build business networks
- P&L management and budget planning experience
Education & Experience:
- Tertiary level Engineering or Business Management qualifications is highly desirable
- Sales management training is essential
- Minimum 15 years experience in the industrial space, preferably in electric motors
- Minimum 5 years senior management experience
