- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including gynaecologists, obstetricians, and other specialists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
- Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of the products, positioning them as the preferred treatment option for endometriosis.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to women's health and endometriosis treatments.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and events to promote the products and build brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of success in key account management.
- Special interest or experience in women's health, particularly in the field of endometriosis treatments, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
