    Our Client is a boutique specialist female community housing provider based in Sydney CBD / Easter suburbs that is at a critical stage in its growth.

    They are seeking a Housing Services Manager who will report to the CEO and be part of the Executive Leadership Team. They will be responsible for the development and delivery of relevant strategic, operational plans and KPIs relating to tenancy, customer service, and community development.

    This role will suit:
    This 6-month contract role is ideal if you are looking to take a break from your current role, giving you job security while collecting your thoughts about what direction your career should take next.

    Alternatively you may be caught in a pigeon hole within the real estate sector and looking to make the move over to the social housing World and need to dip your toes in the water.

    Either way, this role has enough to get your teeth stuck into immediately, with a genuine longer-term career opportunity within the organization.

    Your role will be to provide expert advice, coaching, and leadership to the team and drive the development and implementation of best practice policies and processes that ensure business sustainability and ongoing registration of the organization

    Your background:

    • Ideally, you will come from either the social housing, affordable housing or real estate sectors and have knowledge of social housing policy and programs and their application in community housing.
    • You will have a track record of strategic thinking and a passion for nurturing internal and external relationships.
    • Degree in Business, Social Science or other similar discipline (or equivalent).
    • At least 5 years senior management experience
    • NSW Drivers licence
    • Mandatory National Criminal History Check
