Salary ranges from $101,947 to $112,849 + super


Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint
a Data and Business Analyst within the Procurement Division.

This role provides compliance and reporting support and advice for LAHC's procurement activities.

It also promotes compliance as a key procurement risk mitigation strategy and to manage LAHC's reporting responsibilities and assists LAHC in gaining and maintaining procurement accreditation.


About you
Are you someone who has a keen eye for business analytics and data analytics? Would you like to expand on or gain on the job experience in the area of procurement? Do you have exposure to the construction industry and understand the need for social housing and how this benefits the people of NSW?

If you answered yes to the above questions, then this could be the role for you

Your day-to-day in this role may involve preparation of reports and analysis in relation to LAHC's procurement activities, Manage reporting responsibilities with key stakeholders, prepare track and report on procurement KPIs as assisting with procurement compliance activities among other things

We are seeking someone who can hit the ground running and is keen to further develop their skills in the procurement space


Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and presentation programs for example Power BI and Advanced Excel and/or willingness to undertake courses in data analytics.

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
