  • Salary ranges from $134,411 to $155,445 + super + annual leave + flex time


Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint
a Partnerships Manager within the Partnerships and Communication Division.

This role The leads a team that manages the relationships with key partners that LAHC works with, including but not limited to external stakeholders such as Community Housing Providers, to revitalise relationships and optimise service delivery and program outcomes.


Our Partnerships Manager role is very customer centric - you will need to immerse yourself in understanding the customers wants, needs, and preferred communication style in order to create the best possible experience and relationship between LAHC and our customers/external stakeholders.

At times, this can also involve conflict resolution and handling escalations which is a huge opportunity for the successful applicant to strengthen and further build on existing relationships.

Your day will involve increasing positive engagement, partnerships and collaboration across not only our team but the wider division.

This role requires someone looking to drive purpose and impact in this position as we are lucky enough to service some of the most vulnerable members in our community.


About you

We are seeking someone who wants to join our team who brings experience in account management and relationship management.

You will need to demonstrate your experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and have a willingness to travel regionally to fulfil the requirements of this role.

The successful applicant in this role will be someone who has a passion about delivering first class service to our stakeholders, organisation and the winder community.


Essential requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, plus relevant industry/specialist experience at a senior level.
  • Experience in partnering/business development either in a private or public sector organisation.
  • Experience operating at peak industry level, and advising and influencing senior management on communications and stakeholder management strategy development and delivery

A key feature is the Communities Plus program, which is designed to fast-track the redevelopment of LAHC's social housing portfolio in partnership with the private and community housing sector to deliver significant new and replacement social housing dwellings that are integrated with affordable private dwellings.
