YOUR NEW ROLE
This position supports the Opera House's ticketing and CRM platform: Tessitura. It ensures that Tessitura is online, performs well, and is kept up to date. It helps its customers across the business leverage Tessitura and the data therein.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in ICT, engineering, or a related discipline
  • At least four years' experience administering Tessitura
  • Significant experience providing technical support to Tessitura users
  • Demonstrated experience optimising Tessitura and troubleshooting performance and data quality issues
  • Advanced communication skills, including an ability to translate technical concepts for a lay audience
  • Experience making technical decisions from a wholeofbusiness perspective
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise work
  • Flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement

  • Each of the 7 organizations serviced by the Tessitura team is unique and has specialized requirements. Explain how you would adapt your service to suit the needs of the different companies e.g. Sydney Living Museums vs Opera Australia?
