- Identifying and prioritising opportunities at a practice, client and market level
- Working with client teams to build relationships
- Sharing insights within and across client teams and the broader real estate practice
- Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiatives
- This position will work closely with the Practice Group Leader, partners and clients
- Marketing degree or relevant business qualification.
- 5+ years' experience in Business Development, within law or professional services.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
- Project management skills.
- Experience with tender processes including drafting.

We are looking for an energetic, proactive and collaborative individual to contribute to the growth trajectory of clients across our national Real Estate practice group. You will play a key role in supporting this key practice group with the growth and retention of a diverse client portfolio.
