The client
Our client is Australia's leading not-for-profit (NFP) organisation and has assisted millions of Australians since its inception.

They have a professional and experienced property team which includes property management and development, and they provide services to the community including residential housing, commercial and retail space, and health outlets for people in need.


The role

Due to growth within their business, a role has been created for a Development Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting to a highly regarded Head of Development you will be responsible for managing your projects.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake Analysis of Development Options for Projects including Disposals
  • Assess Project Risk & Manage project Risk Plans including Mitigation
  • Manage Preparation of all Tender Packages & Construction Contracts
  • Prepare Project Briefs to Meet Requirements & Ensure Compliance
  • Create & Manage Project Feasibility

Skills & experience
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience an Assistant Development keen to step up or a Development Manager looking for a new rewarding career opportunity


Other key requirements include:

  • Be Able to Work Autonomously & as Part of a Team
  • Full lifecycle Development Experience
  • Exceptional Internal & External Relationship Building Skills
  • First Class Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • Ability to Engage & Manage Consultants
