I'm passionate about Human Resources. For me, every day at work is a chance to make a positive impact on people's lives. From the moment I wake up, I'm thinking about how I can improve the work environment, find the perfect candidate for that important position, or simply be the support someone needs in their career. Being part of the development and growth of each individual in the company is what motivates me to get up every morning and give my best at work.

I started my career as an intern in a small company, where I learned the fundamentals of recruitment and talent management. Over time, I progressed and gained experience in different areas, from developing human resources policies to resolving labor disputes. My journey has led me to work with diverse teams and in changing environments, teaching me the importance of adaptability and teamwork. Every day, I face new challenges with enthusiasm and dedication, knowing that my work has a tangible impact on people's lives and the success of the organization.

I have completed my studies at the University of Sydney.
