Are you an experienced Developer going through a Divorce in the Family Court?

Have you ever dreamed about developing software that improves the way family law matters are handled?


If yes, we are looking for a Development Manager that is interested in being involved in the design of revolutionary systems to improve the efficiency of family law.

Christian Beck is the founder of LEAP and InfoTrack and is building a team to revolutionise family law globally.

Christian was EY Entrepreneur of the year in 2017 and by going through a difficult family law situation himself he is passionate about making the process cheaper, faster and therefore able to help more people.

He genuinely believes family courts are important but overwhelmed with complexity and difficult personal situations, but can be greatly improved with the right technology.

ATI, the owner of LEAP and InfoTrack is the largest legal technology group in the world. We have strong positions in Australia, the UK and Ireland and are growing quickly in the US and Canada.

We have thousands of firms that use our system for Family Law as well as investments in or ownership of many of the most promising new initiatives in family law.

From this experience we have learned that family law, globally, has problems with long delays and major inefficiencies. There is currently no other Company that is taking a global view to solve these problems.

We want to fill that void and have many of the base systems and components to support a global transformation.


We will start in Australia as it provides more direct feedback to our development teams, but everything we build will be designed for a longer-term global rollout.

All you need for this job is.

  • You must be an intermediate to senior developer.
  • You will be writing new system that integrate via API with existing legal technology platforms.
  • You need to genuinely want to make the family law process more efficient.
  • You need to be able to build system that our clients love to use and you need to be willing to be involved in the entire process from design, development and incubation to ensure clients love the product.
  • You need to be able to work effectively with other team members.
Leap Dev offers a hybrid workplace and this role is based in Sydney.
