    Our client is an established and well-rounded multinational Insurance provider, that is rapidly growing. As travel is busier than ever now, they are looking for someone to join their energetic Customer Service team. A great pathway into the Insurance industry.

    • The Role
  • Answering inbound calls relating to travel insurance policies
  • Providing further information on policies
  • Low call volume with a focus on quality customer interaction
  • Booking travel insurance for customers on system
  • Administration and ad hoc additional duties
    • Ideal Candidates
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Call Centre experience ideal but not essential
  • Administration experience
