About the job:


As a valued member of our team of Customer Service Representatives, your primary responsibility will be to engage in efficient communication with our clients.

You will work towards ensuring that they are making the most of our app by addressing their day-to-day concerns and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

By prioritizing effectively, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and enhance their satisfaction and understanding of our product.

Your daily routine will include handling incoming tickets with care and prioritizing them accordingly to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.


Responsibilities:


  • Your key responsibility as the primary point of contact for our customers will involve engaging with them through various communication channels to ensure their success and satisfaction.
  • In doing so, you will need to deliver prompt service while maintaining a high standard of performance.
  • You will also play a crucial role in educating our clients on the best practices for using their product, customized to their specific business requirements.
  • Additionally, you will provide realtime feedback to the Customer Success team on any missing capabilities, feature requests, or any other issues that may be timeconsuming or hindering the customer's experience.

Requirements:


  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support role
  • Techsavvy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Team player that wants to share feedback and ideas to improve together
  • Time management skills and a gogetter attitude
