Job Advert:
We seek a motivated and professional
Customer Service Representative to join a growing national medical device team to support external customers and internal marketing.
In this newly created position, you'll be based in the Sydney office located south of the CBD.
The varied role includes on-site Service Centre coordination
- loan equipment collection, coordination with the service department and managing consignments.
Day-to-day responsibilities also include;
- Taking incoming customer calls
- Handling customer enquiries
- Providing customer support for documentation/ site maintenance visits/schedules
- Additionally, you will be required to support quality assurance in the business, such as BMS, CIF policy review, audit as well as monthly meetings
- Sales Rep support coordinate local events, trials, and inventory management.
- You will also be responsible for stock movement/internal transfers, quotations, yearly stock take, and staff attendance management.
Working alongside the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical support role for marketing events and conferences throughout the year.
This includes;
- Registering national events
- Managing the marketing event calendar
- Managing invitations for Focus Groups
- Liaising with internal teams responsible for digital marketing /media production, content, photography, booth design etc
- Plus, preparing and coordinating training for new staff inductions.
