They are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join their organisation in their brand new office in North Sydney.

The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Inbound customer service duties in relation to insurance policies
- Adhering to the companies policies and procedures in regards to providing assistant to customers
- Answering questions in regards to policies, claims, accounts etc.
- Dealing with general inquiries, requests & complaints
- Dealing with the company's top tier client base
- Administration duties as required
You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous customer service experience within a professional call centre environment:- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred however not essential
- A professional approach to customers and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- A motivated and goalfocused work ethic
