Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4pm- On site gymnasium with fulltime personal trainer

This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team.
The Role;
- Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
- Receive and make phone calls to clients and customers
- Efficiently process a large number of orders with precision
- Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays
About you;
- Previous experience in a high volume call environment
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- Well spoken with a good phone manner
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Immaculate presentation
Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
