    Description
    Our client is a private development group focusing on delivering design orientated, landmark Residential schemes.

    Project values range from 80-100ml value and this role will focus on the delivery of their most recent development on the city fringe, southside.

    This Developer have their own inhouse construction division where this Design Manager will sit.
    Scope Of The RoleValue Management
    Understanding and implementation of Building Codes, Standards & Compliance Compliance
    Building & Authority approvals
    Overseeing internal and external consultants Design Documentation, Coordination with Architects and Consultants
    Responsible for consultant engagement, contractual and risk assessment and management
    Preparation and lodgment of DA's
    Preparation of feasibilities and various design configuration studies
    Design Risk & Opportunity Management

    Pre & Post Construction phaseRecent Design Management experience within Developer or Construction experience required.15 years post Graduation of Architecture/Construction/Engineering experience, across a range of medium to largescale Residential schemes.

    Driven by excellence, and an appreciation for innovation, a professional demeanor, clear communication skills and the ability to work to fast track project deadlines required.
