The role

Your role as a Design Manager will see you;

Develop and refine ways of working that improve efficiency, cost and quality of design outputs across projects and generally within the design team
Provide ongoing support to the delivery function within the design team to ensure all the team are up to date with the innovation projects and help resolve issues that arise
Ensure designs of all projects are delivered within allocated budgets

About you

To be successful you will need to have local experience as a Design Manager working for a principal contractor (builder side) and be open to relocating to regional Victoria.

You will obviously have a creative flare whilst being able to pass on cost savings to the client and be able to work in a team environment.

On offer

In return for your hard work you will be compensated with an attractive remuneration package of between $120k
- $150k+ Super with relocation assistance on offer for the right person. In addition to this you will get to work with a great group of people and help shape large iconic projects across regional Victoria.
