    As the Team Assistant in this role, you will serve as the cornerstone of efficiency and reliability. Your multitasking skills and amazing attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations. From managing routine administrative tasks to coordinating events, travel arrangements, and expenses, your versatility and proactive approach will be greatly valued and appreciated. You'll be the go-to person for the team, consistently delivering excellence in every aspect of your responsibilities.
    Duties and key responsibilities
    • Extensive calendar management for the team and partners
    • Coordinating meetings and securing appropriate venues
    • Travel and event coordination execution, both domestic and international
    • Liaising effectively with both internal and external partners
    • Monthly expense management for the team
    • Preparation of reports and other documentation as required
    Skills and Experience
    • Experience as a Team Assistant is desirable
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills
    • Master of multitasking, staying one step ahead at all times
    • Proficient in diary organisation and management
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
