As our Team Assistant, reporting to the Executive Assistant (Controls), you will provide a high standard of administrative support to the Group Controls General & Group Managers on an ad-hoc basis to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their respective teams


This is a fantastic opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and critical business functions.


A few of your responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Organise and coordinate external meetings including room bookings, catering when required
  • Arrange travel and ensure bookings are made in accordance with applicable travel policies.
  • Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests of daytoday items.
  • Assist other EAs within the organisation

What we are looking for

  • Experience participating in, and contributing to, a range of administrative functions
  • Experience working with teams across multiple businesses and locations.
  • Experience working in service industries and fast paced dynamic workplaces.
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
  • Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
You are an experienced administrator with a proven track record in assisting teams with their daily administrative tasks.

You have strong commercial acumen and are ready to step up into a business critical role with the opportunity to learn and grow.
