    Primary Purpose of the Team Assistant
  • Reporting to the Chief of Staff
  • Digital & Technology, the Team Assistant plays an integral part in the running of the Digital & Corporate division of Healius Limited, providing full administrative support to the Chief of Staff including but not limited to the below key responsibilities.
    Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support to the Chief of Staff and Digital Office
  • Scheduling appointmentsCommunicating deadlines with team members
  • Ensuring stakeholders receive necessary documents
  • Organising internal and external team meetings
  • Organising any necessary travel and/or lodging arrangements for pathology nationally
  • Preparing and communicating itineraries with team members
  • Communicating deadlines with team members
  • Data management
  • Arranging conferences or seminars
    Role Competencies 5+ years Executive team Support experience
  • Strong and efficient administration skills.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, interactive, and organisational skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and fastpaced environment, be agile and responsive to change and demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • An interest in the industry or niche.
  • The adaptability to work in a pressurised environment and various management styles.
  • Be confident interacting with people from all levels and be able to adapt communication style to meet peoples' needs, both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer capabilities in using systems and technology particularly across the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be a strong team player and collaborate well with various stakeholder groups. .
