The Client
Our client is an ASX listed company and is an integral part of the Australian Community.
They are looking for a reliable and supportive team assist to assist the Legal team of 12 with the everyday functioning of the team.
This is a 3-6 month opportunity starting immediately.The Role
As a Team Assistant, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Heavy focus on contracts administration
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Reviewing legal documents
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Reception cover duties

Sydney

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (WFH Flexibility)

$35 - $38/hour + superannuation
You
As a successful Team Assistant, your will offer:
- Knowledge or experience working in a legal team ideal
- Experience working in an administration heavy role
- Excellent IT skills specifically in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
