An exciting opportunity exists to join a financial organisation based in the Melbourne CBD. This is an exciting opportunity for a forward thinking, commercially minded Team Assistant.

You will be corporately minded, confident and personable.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have a pitch in attitude in terms of "no job too big, no job too small".

As an experienced Team Assistant you will be able to provide support across the following areas and more;

Providing support to 7 GMs
Diary management
Document collation
Website updates
General office administration

Who are you?

Available immediately
3+ years experience as a Team Assistant
Great attitude, happy to pitch in to get the work done whatever it takes
Able to build strong relationships quickly
Australian police check required
