- Manage the Order to Cash process within the Care Chemicals Business.
- Manage backorders and exceptions, local stock and replenishment for Customer Accounts.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and build customer relationships via phone and email.
- Work with our corporate customers daily on logistics, supply chain and other enquiries.
- Use your attention to detail entering customer data in our SAP system.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle priorities.
- Experience providing high levels of customer service.
- Ability to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement.
- Willingness to support others in the team.
- SAP experience is highly desired.
