About the Role
Roles are available within the Payment and Reimbursement branch. You will initially be employed on a non-ongoing fixed term contract. All training will be provided with potential to develop your current skills and advance in your career.
Your new role will include;
- Receive incoming or make outgoing telephone queries to health providers and the community to obtain information (not a call centre however adherence to a phone schedule is a prerequisite)
- Engaging with customers to establish longlasting relationships
- Data entry and invoice processing
About You
- Analytical and problemsolving ability
- Empathy and pride in a high level of customer service
- Must be able to interpret legislation
