The Firm
Our client is a fantastic boutique law firm based in the CBD. The firm are committed to providing an exceptional client experience. No day will be the same in this challenging and exciting role
The Opportunity
This is a temporary 12-month maternity leave contract with a possibility of going to Permanent.
This position forms part of the Accounts and Office Service Department that is responsible for providing professional, service oriented and outcome focused support to all external and internal personnel.
Your responsibilities will include:
- External and internal postal mail management
- Stocking up of stationary including ordering stationary for the firm
- Photocopying, Filing and printing
- Assisting the Office Manager
- Daily reconciliations of accounts
- Management of all accounts for the firm
- Manage the trust accounts
- Keeping of records through filing system, cashbooks Trust and Office
- Assisting with the preparation of invoices, Receipt and Payment processing
- Ad hoc Admin as required
About you
As an all-round support for the firm, you will be professionally presented, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm to learn more.
You will work closely with the Office Manager as part of a team.Benefits
