The Opportunity


Reporting to the Senior Manager Partnerships and Clinics the focus of this role will be to provide professional reception and administrative services to support the Monash Law Clinics, a Community Legal Centre, providing free legal services.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Clinic Services Officer plays a key role in conveying the professional image of Monash Law.


The appointee will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field; or substantial relevant skills and work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

With excellent front-line, reception and administration skills. Demonstrated organisational skills and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. Experience in a legal service would be well regarded.
