The opportunity

Reporting to the Team Lead IDE Services, this role is responsible for interacting with staff and other users to provide a customer first approach on ICT support.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 support for enduser computer hardware and software;
  • Manage service delivery functions within ServiceNow ticketing system;
  • Manage the organisation's workplace computing environment;
  • Manage users utilising Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory and Intune;
  • Maintain accurate records within asset management systems;
  • Triage high priority incidents and escalate to appropriate resolver group;
  • Assist with the collation of service desk statistics for internal reporting and training.
Who we are looking for

The incumbent will be a team player who has a customer first focus, owns problems till resolution while ensuring customer satisfaction is met.

You will have strong technical skills across the Microsoft Technology Stack - Windows desktop OS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange and SharePoint online and will be familiar with working within a large and complex environment to provide analysing, monitoring and resolving problems reported to the service desk.
