    At Delegat we are building a leading global Super Premium wine company. We are the proud makers and distributors of Oyster Bay Wines and Barossa Valley Estate, two of Australia's leading super premium wine brands.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our Sydney based team.

    Key responsibilities for this role are:

    • Develop high quality relationships with customers and the trade and facilitate sustainable account growth;
    • Drive distribution, rate of sale, promotional activity and sales in retail and on trade consistent with Super Premium category positioning and the features and benefits of brands;
    • Build the profile of the brand through customer presentations, brand advocacy, and tastings;
    • Ensure customer alignment with agreements, such as promotional activities and individual joint business plans;
    • Provide feedback to National Accounts team on compliance, promotional adherence and market activity;

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A minimum of 2 years' experience with a FMCG company.
    • Wine industry experience/knowledge is a benefit but not essential as you will get on the job training.
    • Proven, communication and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Relevant Tertiary qualifications preferred.
