    This Customer Success Representative opportunity will not only contribute to facilitating effective customer engagement, improving customer satisfaction, but will assist to improve healthcare access to those in remote and disadvantaged areas.

    This opportunity would ideally suit a candidate who has an interest in or has a technical background, who is hands-on with attention to detail.

    There is also an opportunity for sponsorship for the outstanding applicant.

    We are looking for a strong team player who will provide excellent customer service to our clients customers to answer queries and resolve customer enquiries in a timely manner.

    To be successful, you will demonstrate a strong customer-focus with excellent communication skills both written and spoken. If you have a passion for technology and an interest in the healthcare industry this could be for you.

    Responsibilities:
  • Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Proactively seek customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers to ensure they can use of products and services effectively.
  • Input, update, and maintain customer data in HubSpot. Generate reports to track customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in identifying potential sales opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services and communicate them to the Customer Success Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and the rest of the Customer Success Team to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A customer-centric mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of products and services.
  • Experience with medical or telehealth technology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of HubSpot or similar CRM for managing customer data and generating reports.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team, sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve team goals.
  • Ability to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • The ability to form relationships using skills such as active listening, patience and empathy is key to building customer relationships.
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential sales opportunities.
  • A knowledge of HubSpot or similar database
