    We are currently seeking a vibrant Team Administrator to make a real contribution to the continued success of our Sydney office. You will be driving key administration projects, providing high level reporting for the office and top-quality support to a busy team of consultants.

    You'll take ownership of:

    • Offering support to a busy team of recruitment consultants
    • Coordinate and provide high level administrative support to the directors and managers
    • Implementing marketing strategies and social media initiatives to improve talent flow
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reports
    • General day to day office duties
    • Ad hoc projects such as research, event management for charity days and internal events
    • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment

    You'll need to have:

    • Minimum 1+ years' experience in a Administration/Office Management role
    • Strong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
    • Dedication and passion for organisation and administration
    • An outgoing personality supported with complete discretion
    • High organisation skills and outstanding attention to detail
    • A high level of initiative
    • The drive to manage various business critical projects
    • An outgoing and bubbly personality
    • Exceptional communication and corporate presentation
