    Description
    The purpose of this role is primarily sales administration responsible for Administration of all internal office needs in the Sydney office for all clients. Further to this, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer service reliability and integrity to the customers. Other responsibilities will include:
    • Sales administration activities, order entry and all paperwork, which results in repeatable sustainable growth, with the sales team.
    • Develop new and maintain internal systems and accuracy
    • Order entry from email, phone, and guide customers to meet company needs in placing orders.
    • Communicating with customers face to face (very Limited), Primarily via email and over the phone.
    • Customer orders entered in the ERP computer systems.
    • Maintenance of customer details and orders in the CRM system
