    The Company:
    One of Australia's leading property groups are growing As a result of this, our client is seeking a Retail Lease Administrator to join the team. Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration in this busy role you will be responsible for the delivery and management of lease administration responsibilities.

    The Role:
    Reporting to the National Lease Administration Manager you will be responsible for assisting with Lease Administration and general administration duties as required. You will be working across a large portfolio of retail centres.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated terms
    • Liaise with lawyers, banks & agencies
    • Return executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teams
    • Assist with the delivery of shops
    • Ensure accurate documentation is issues across retail portfolio
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leases
    • Ensure deposits, bank guarantees & insurances have been received
    • Track lease documentation & report on the status
    • Support leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
    • Conduct lease negotiations
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & Outlook
    • Experience within the Property Industry
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Demonstrated experience with high-volume workloads
    • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
