- Collaborate closely with the Business Continuity (BC) Lead to provide administrative and technical support throughout the configuration and rollout phases of the new business continuity tool.
- Utilize your configuration expertise to ensure the smooth migration of business continuity plans and data from the existing tool and other sources into SharePoint.
- Lead and coordinate user training sessions, including the development of training materials tailored to different user groups.
- Offer system administration support to users during the initial implementation phases, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance as needed.
- Play a key role in change management-related activities to facilitate the transition to the new tool and ensure user adoption.
- Proven experience in system configuration, particularly in the implementation of business continuity or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint or similar platforms for data migration and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in conducting user training sessions and developing training materials is highly desirable
