The Role:

• Lead and mentor your team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Contracts of Sale & NSW Legislation
• Oversee the processing of sales orders, contracts, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Involvement with day-to-day tasks of administration for sales team
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales administration and customer service.

The Candidate:

• You will have extensive experience in Sales Administration/Executive Assistant Role in Real Estate
• Be abreast of NSW Legislation & confident with NSW Sales Contracts
• Strong attention to detail & high level of customer service
• Certificate of Registration is preferable / Real Estate Licence
• You will be passionate about the industry and the growth of the business
