    Business Development Manager - Water and Chemical Industry

    We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Melbourne.

    Our client is a leader in the water and chemical industry, providing innovative solutions for both commercial and industrial clients.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop new business growth opportunities within the water equipment and chemicals sector.
    • Manage existing accounts while identifying potential areas of improvement to increase revenue.
    • Create strategic plans that align with company goals regarding sales targets, market analysis, customer needs assessment etc.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Relevant Experience

    The ideal candidate should have relevant experience working as a business development manager or similar role within the water/chemicals industry.

    Additionally,


    Sales Expertise

    Candidates must possess excellent communication skills coupled with strong analytical abilities required for successful selling along side negotiation capabilities when dealing with customers' procurement departments.


    Engineering Knowledge

    Prior knowledge on engineering related issues will be an added advantage since this job involves technicalities involved around management of processes/systems used by businesses operating under different conditions.
