    Redpath Partners are thrilled to be partnering with a private investment office of a net wealth, Melbourne-based family. Our client is seeking a Development Manager to collaborate closely with their seasoned Development Director on a diverse range of projects spanning across various asset classes.

    Development Manager

    The Development Manager, you will support the Development Director across a portfolio of mixed-use and commercial developments. From recently acquired properties to ongoing projects. Grounded in core values and backed by substantial capital, the group are committed to strategic growth and innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Financial Management: Contribute to the development and oversight of feasibility studies and cash flow models.
    • Planning: Spearhead initial project planning activities, including site analysis, feasibility assessments, and preliminary design concept development, to lay a solid foundation for successful project execution.
    • Leasing: Negotiate and manage sales and leasing contracts within authorised limits. Manage the customer interface from pre-sales or pre-leasing to post settlement.
    • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to safeguard successful outcomes.
    • Contract Coordination/ Management: Arrange and co-ordinate engineering and architectural design where required. Assist in selection of consultants and advisors.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the Development Director and greater team to achieve objectives

    Skills & Experience

    • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Property, or related discipline.
    • A minimum of three years' experience in property development.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive end-to-end development experience, particularly in Melbourne/Victoria.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Financial acumen, proven experience in creating and updating feasibility studies.
