    Description
    About the company:
    Our client is a fast-moving organisation with an appetite to grow their portfolio through development and acquisitions. Their Directors and very involved in the day-to-day operations and the culture is very inclusive.

    About the role:
    Reporting to the Senior development manager, you will be part of a Development team of three. You will work closely with one of the Directors and have full exposure to all aspects of the development lifecycle.

    Initially you will be working on three greenfield projects so previous experience working on front-end projects will give you the upper hand.

    As well as the main greenfield sites the role will also include ad-hoc redevelopment work across the national portfolio.

    Desired Skills & experience:
    • Bachelor of Construction Management OR Bachelor of Property Economics
    • Exposure to Town Planning, Architecture or Project Management
    • Experience with DA submissions
    • Minimum of 3 experience
    • Strong Financial acumen
    • Ability to work in a fast-moving ever-changing environment
    • A hands-on collaborative approach
