    Description

    At Chandler Macleod, we're after an experienced Business Development Manager who's all about machinery, with a real knack for how things work. We need someone with a proven track record in capital equipment sales or high $ value sales, and who's an absolute legend at connecting with customers. They should excel at showing off our clients' products through demos and seal deals like a pro. If you're the type who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile, this could be the gig for you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account management
    • Generate Orders - Existing Accounts
    • F2F Sales
    • Generate quotes.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to generate marketing strategies.
    • Lead generation and lead qualification
    • Demonstrate products.


    Skills and Experience:

    • Strong experience in capital equipment sales OR;
    • High $ value sales experience
    • Industry experience as an Arborist or in tree care/lopping (highly desired) OR;
    • Trades background experience (highly desired)
    • Ability to engage effectively with customers, conduct product demos, and close deals.


    About you:

    • Has a mechanical mindset and a passion for machinery and how they operate.
    • A team player with the tenacity and drive to go above and beyond.
    • Excellent communication, easy-going demeanour whilst still maintaining professionalism.
    • Must be an Australian citizen.
