- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, with candidates at various levels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and implement innovative approaches as appropriate.
- Represent CYOS Solutions at industry events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Contract extensions: 2 x 12 months or conversion into a full time permanent position
Working arrangements: Full Time Requirement: Initially 3 days onsite 2 days WFH, standard 8 hours per day, and 40 hours per week in total, with a view to work towards a 4 day WFH and 1 day onsite arrangement. Flexible Working Arrangements (including remote working arrangements) and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Salary: $71,040 - $78,720 + super + generous performance based bonuses
