Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employment Term:

Salary:
$82,000 plus superannuation


You will have a growth mindset, be adaptable, solution orientated, outcome driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will

  • Seek out new opportunities to promote Everyday Independence at universities
  • Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Lead to look at new and innovative ways to recruit

Your Everyday
If you were here last week these are some of the things you would have:

  • Completed reference checks and liaised with Area and State Leads
  • Attended a weekly team meeting within your hub aswell as a TA Team huddle
  • Shared a joke and a laugh with colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will be:

  • A recruiter with a minimum of 3 years experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and consistently meet monthly targets
  • Passionate about Recruitment and getting the right fit
  • People focused we love people and finding the best people to fit our roles
  • Experienced in the recruitment of Allied Health Practitioners and within the disability sector, however this is not essential
  • Adaptable, confident and courageous in your conversations
  • Innovative and forward thinking about how we recruit
  • A great communicator with the ability to manage relationships
  • Committed to growing and developing yourself and the people around you
  • Able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children's Check
