Your search ends here We are currently expanding our National Team in Melbourne and Sydney and are on the lookout for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive our permanent recruitment efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing end-to-end recruitment for permanent and executive positions.
    • Undertaking shortlisting, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and advertising across various mediums.
    • Proactively building client and talent pipelines.
    • Developing effective sourcing and selection strategies.
    • Reaching out to clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Utilizing your extensive network and connections to identify top talent.
    • Applying your recruitment and industry knowledge to assess candidate suitability.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
    • Prior experience within the Hospitality or Customer Service industry
    • Proven track record of success in connecting candidates with opportunities.
    • Strong industry knowledge and connection, and understanding of recruitment best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
