Located in Braeside - Work from home option.

  • Provide generalist recruitment support across the Australian and New Zealand business.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to provide proactive, handson recruitment support.
  • Access coaching, mentorship and variety as you work alongside the business to hire a broad range of positions.
  • Fixed term, 6 month fulltime contract with ample exposure to mentorship, coaching and training from senior Talent Acquisition and HR professionals.

THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Provide support across the entire recruitment lifecycle and focus on proactive talent pooling to try and fill vacancies internally.
  • Complete a range of administration tasks associated with the talent acquisition, onboarding and HR processes.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquistion Partner to build effective teams and consult with leaders across the business.
  • Prior recruitment/talent acquisition experience would be highly desirable. Minimum 2 years of professional experience is required.
  • Must be technologically savvy and ideally have had worked in an ATS before (Workday highly preferrable).
  • A practical understanding of the relevant Equal Employment Opportunity and antidiscrimination legislation for Australia and ideally New Zealand however this can be taught through on the job training.
  • Ability to coordinate the recruitment process whilst working across multiple vacancies at any one point in time.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organised and proactive approach to work.
  • A solutionsfocused attitude with the desire to contribute to the future success of a growing company.
  • Exceptional customer/stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Pragmatic, with a genuine interest in and curiosity about our clients business.
