While we are headquartered in Melbourne, we are also supported by several national and regional consultants working remotely or on-site with clients.

We consult to both sides of the Defence market but never on the same project.

We assist Defence and prime contractors to define what they need, make informed decisions and procure products and services from the best options available in the market.

We also assist suppliers and subcontractors with their tender responses, so they have the best chance of showcasing their offerings.

Our Expectation
You will lead Horsell's growing Project Management capability by:

• Developing, leading, and mentoring the Project Management team, including their professional development
• Contributing to strategic business development planning and account management
• Identifying new Project Management related business opportunities
• Development and maintenance of Horsell processes and procedures

Your Experience

• Proven expertise in Project/Program Management within the Defence or Industry sector, with a focus on capability acquisition and sustainment projects
• Indepth understanding of Defence acquisition and sustainment processes and project frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Experience in leading, developing, and mentoring teams of specialists with diverse skill sets
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Defence and Industry sector, including its stakeholders, capabilities, and industry best practices

Your Qualifications

• A relevant Degree or other tertiary qualification
• At least 12 years of demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in Defence or Infrastructure capability acquisition or sustainment projects
• Possess an appropriate professional body affiliation
• Holds an AGSVA security clearance or could reinstate a previous clearance
