Our client is a CBD based developer specialising in City-Fringe and Inner-City Apartments. Locally, they are well known within the industry allowing their sales team to thrive. Since the acquisition of new sites they are looking for an

experienced Channel Sales Manager to join their team, bringing with them, both international and local channel agents.

Your New Role

Work with the marketing team nationally to build on the already strong branding;
With assistance from the senior managers, maximise sales through leads and channels both locally and internationally;
Devise and implement a successful strategy based on existing and new clientele/channels/leads;
Provide an unparalleled level of service to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

You will be impeccably presented;
Have demonstrated experience within a similar role ie working directly for a developer;
Have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners;
Have a cando attitude and a proactive approach to business development.
