Easygo is a well-established tech startup, we pride ourselves on being early adopters, progressive in our approach and adaptable to the ever-changing technology landscape.

Our core focus is in the online gaming space building well-designed casino games, crypto platforms, and sportsbooks.

The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you'll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.

The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 150+ team members.

Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool and table tennis tables, a games room, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.


The Role:

You'll be responsible for recruiting tech roles.

You'll be joining our business in a period of serious growth and change, and there'll be plenty of opportunities to learn along the way.

Your day-to-day will be spent managing the recruitment process from end to end owning the entire process and working with our Head of People & Culture to work on recruitment projects and improve efficiency.

There will be some opportunity to get involved in both recruitment projects and potentially HR projects, as well as working on our EVP.

Whilst experience tells a story, the right attitude speaks louder still. As important will be confidence, maturity, the ability to work autonomously and make sound, calculated judgments.


Main Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Support 'diversity in hiring' programs across multiple demographics.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, often in multiple time zones with complex schedules
  • Monitoring and updating our applicant tracking system, job boards, and the employee referral program.
  • Write cultivating adverts that attract top talent and help to refine position descriptions
  • Help identify the best people in the market, through social channels and active participation in community meetups
  • Work closely with People and Culture to manage the offer, contract, and onboarding process.
  • Background and Working Rights Checks
  • Assist with EVP, content creation, and social media management for our social channels

Requirements:


You're perfect for this role & our team if

  • You support a positive workplace culture built on trust
  • At least 1 years of experience in Recruitment either internal or agency (any type of recruitment is welcome)
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills. Collaboration is key to all that we do.
  • You're a naturalborn relationship builder
  • You like to think outside traditional recruitment practices to improve the way we recruit great people.
  • Great organisation and followup skills.
  • The ability to juggle multiple conflicting priorities.

Skills & experience we value

  • Experience using Google Suite, Slack, Trello
  • Any experience with Workable, Bob, CultureAmp or LinkedIn Recruiter would be amazing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism, and handle sensitive and proprietary financial information in strict confidence at all times.
