    Job Opportunity: We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team.

    Your primary focus will be on driving new business acquisition and expanding our portfolio of clients across the mid-market space.

    A background in selling service-based solutions would be advantageous, although not essential.

    The role would start as 100% new logo acquisition, however, would transition into a 50/50 account management / new business development split after the first year.

    Key Duties:

    • Identify and target potential clients from various industries for our digital transformation services.
    • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint key players and market trends.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and broaden our customer base.
    • Actively pursue new business prospects through methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with prospects, understanding their requirements and aligning our solutions accordingly.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and presentations for client engagements.
    • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to finalizing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the account management phase.
    • Keep abreast of industry advancements and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated track record of sales success.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and generating leads.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a bonus.
