    Description

    WOW Recruitment is thrilled to be the exclusive recruitment partner for a dynamic and rapidly expanding energy company based in Sydney.

    Their growth trajectory has created an immediate need for an Operations Manager starting in May 2024 or sooner.

    It is crucial to have expertise in the energy retail sector, especially in renewable energy, within Australia.

    Key Details:

    • Around $140k + Super (depending on experience)
    • Opportunity for hybrid work setup

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies
    • Develop operational procedures and collaborate with other departments to establish policies
    • Analyze performance data of equipment, assets, and buildings
    • Prepare and manage management reports, data validation, and analysis tasks
    • Resolve data quality issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders
    • Ensure smooth property transfers and accurate billing
    • Drive a culture of compliance and adherence to policies
    • Support business growth initiatives and foster a safe work environment
    • Oversight of team performance and mentorship of junior analysts

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Preferably a degree in a relevant field
    • Experience in the Energy Retailer industry, particularly in customer operations
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
    • Proactivity, flexibility, and excellent time management
    • Detail-oriented with initiative and creativity
    • Proficient in MS Office and exceptional communication skills

    Performance Objectives:

    • Enhance operational processes and contribute to business growth

    Please note: Australian or NZ citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for this role.
