As the

Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and day-to-day operations of our self-storage facilities over two locations.

  • Friday: 9am 5pm (Some weekend work is required to cover holidays / sick leave)
  • Head office located in Canterbury, will be expected to travel between both locations
  • Canterbury and Bondi Junction when required

What will you be doing?

  • Financial Management: Developing and maintaining annual budgets, managing accounts, and ensuring financial goals are met
  • Marketing Management: Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and monitoring its effectiveness
  • Operational Management: Overseeing equipment, inventory, maintenance, and compliance with industry regulations
  • Staff Management: Hiring, training, and managing employees, ensuring positive work environment
  • Customer Service: Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Reporting and Analytics: Creating and analysing reports on performance and presenting results to senior management
  • Ensure effective communication within the storage facilities team and across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
  • At least 5+ years of experience in operations management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Strong Customer Service & Sales skills
  • Knowledge of financial management, marketing, and operational delivery
  • Experience with StorMan, Google Adds & Google Analytics, is desirable
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet targets
