Operations Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a permanent role in Strathfield.


As the Operations Manager will report into the Operations Director and work in a whole office environment providing expert leadership and guidance to optimise service delivery and daily business operations.

You will lead, manage, and enhance service operations for maximum impact.


Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Drive high level of service to clients and customers
  • Identify areas for new business growth and development
  • Engage with potential new business clients
  • Regular compile and review data and reports to identify areas for improvement and growth and profitability
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act confidentially on sensitive matters and appropriately determine a course of action, response, and resolution
  • Partner across all departments to achieve business goals
  • Ensure teams and working cohesively and implement new procedures accordingly
  • Lead with internal staffing matters including recruitment and performance management
  • Oversee new staff onboarding
  • Be adaptable to 'step in' to support all departments when needed
  • Complete a wide range of administrative tasks as required
  • Project coordination and delivery
  • Lead internal and external meetings
  • Lead and mentor service teams, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards.
  • Develop strategies for efficient service delivery and improved communication.
  • Champion continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field.
  • Proven NDIS/Healthcare industry experience with a strong regulatory understanding (preferred but not essential)
  • Leadership skills to motivate teams and drive success.
  • Excellent communication for stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational abilities and software proficiency with MS Suite.
  • Passion for inclusivity and sensitivity in dealing with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive matters
