Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic NSW Operations Manager to work within the Workplace Management Services (WMS) Team, a division of Colliers designed for premium corporate occupiers that desire best in class service for their guests and employees.

This role is ideal for an experienced workplace and hospitality service professional.

We seek a highly energetic, creative individual with sound operational management experience earned from working within carefully designed, curated and leading corporate workplace environments.


Working alongside our existing Account Management Team, this role is responsible for supporting our domiciled team of Workplace Managers, Workplace Concierge, Client Floor Concierge, and tenancy support assistants who are custodians of our clients' state-of-the-art premises and service offering.

Our clients and the locations in which we operate are geographically dispersed.

In addition to the services we provide, we integrate and support other key partners of our clients including Catering, Facilities Management, Mail room, Information Technology and Security.


Reporting to the Director of Operations, the primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional service experience for all client stakeholders and ensure organisational effectiveness of the integrated teams across multiple floors within each tenancy.

You will be responsible for ensuring the workplace is always immaculately presented. Continuous monitoring of the space, the equipment and furnishings is vital in delivering this 'workplace of the future'.

We pride ourselves on the ownership that we adopt and find ways to surprise our clients with memorable experiences while maintaining strict governance and contract management.


Key areas of this role include:

  • Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery of operational requirements
  • Development of cross training plans nationally, and compilation of Customer service training and guidance in workplace principles
  • Full SOP project to deliver national consistency
  • Alignment in operational considerations, across varied client requirements
  • Governance and valueadd reporting
  • Relationship management and engagement with current thirdparty suppliers

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Operations or Facilities Management
  • Experience in managing large teams across multiple locations
  • Experience working in a premium corporate or service environments
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Experience in engaging with business leaders, VIP Clients, and busy career professionals
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working on outsourced contracts, delivery against structured SLAs & KPIs and governance frameworks


The position encompasses a variety of disciplines, and for the right individual presents an opportunity for career growth and progression into Account Management across multiple accounts, a wider remit, or additional sites.
